It is a 'WEP' ("Wired Equivalent Protocol") key, not a 'WEB' key.
Use a network-cable to connect any computer to your router.
Click: Start -> Run
Enter 'run', and press ENTER.
Enter 'ipconfig /all'.
Look for:
Ethernet adapter Local Area Connection:
....
Default Gateway . . . . . . . . . : 192.168.xxx.yyy
Into your web-browser, enter:
http://192.168.xxx.yyy
to "login" to the web-interface on your router.
There should a "wireless configuration wizard",
when you can set/view the WEP key.
Or, maybe, select 'WIRELESS' and then 'STATUS' buttons to view it.
