My account has been unavailable for about 10 hours....I keep getting the message that it will be restored in a few minutes...I hope you can help soon. Thank you.

    My facebook connection has been unavailable for more than 10 hours now. I kept getting
    the message that it will be reestablished in
    a few minutes. Now, the message says that something went wrong, they are working on it
    ...who is they?...Is it Fixya???...I wonder??
    Not sure it is a problem you can solve...???
    I do not want to purchase nothing, since I never had problem before. Thank you.

I am able to log into Face Book without the error you report.

Try clearing your Caches and Cookies in your Web Browser. There may be something not quite right.

Try opening google. If google is online, then your internet connection is OK. Then, when you know you have internet, keep trying until you get connected to te server. If you don't have Internet, this may have multiple causes. Post it as a separate problem.
