Unfortunately I don't think your pc meets the Graphics card requirements so you won't be able to run it on your laptop.

You will need to update your graphics drivers to the latest versions. If that does not work then your graphics card maybe too old and will not support shader model 2.0

have you tried to enter in the cd directory and run manually the setup? If so try to reboot the computer and try again. Can you try in a different computer to check if the problem is not from the CD?
