Keurig B60 will not turn on anymore. Was working for months with no problems.

Lots of problems with the B60/65/70 units. There are some really good videos on you tube, but trust me, the process to fix is going to be a pain and cost ~$50. You should consider taking yours back for an exchange. There is a known problem with these models and it appears the retailers are being very generous on exchanges (check this out: http://babelniche.wordpress.com/2012/03/10/keurig-dumps-inventor-builds-millions-of-junk-coffee-makers/) .... The problem is often that the machine develops a leak in the hose that is rightover the transformer...the water drips onto the transformer and kills that...then you have no power to run the machine.

Having same problem with B60 turns off after 1 minute and little circle won't go away.After unit was stored for 5 months, So this is what I did. 1. I took it over to the sink and turned it upside down and shook it. 2. I dried out the whole where the water sucks up and blew through there with a straw. 3. then I sucked water out the rubber tube up top for the over flow. Then I put vinegar in the intake whole and put vinegar in the tank and let it sit overnight. When I got up in the morning i turned it on and after 1 min it shut off again so I restarted it and after a couple minuets it started to heat and my display came back and circle disappeared. Problem solved. Not sure which one worked but it is now working fine and I am now descaling it.

Mine just did the same thing, 13 months old :( Talked to customer service, but tech advisor was not available. They said someone would call me back within 48 hours....Figures I just bought 2 others, one for work

Had the exact same problem. I called Kuerig, and the shipper me a new one on the spot!

Descale yes you should every 3 months. Use 48 oz. of white destilled vinager and follow the instructions in your use and care guide

Keurig alluded to the fact that it is the heating element that buring out and causing these problems.
