You may try Topics' site, it is possible the either have a workaround or some kind of solution that would allow you to install it on a Windows 7 machine. Unfortunately, unless you have Windows 7 Professional or Business, you won't have the virtualization part of W 7 that allows you to run Windows XP within Windows 7. Sadly, a lot of good software became obsolete this way. Definitely had a few myself that got the axe on the move to 7.
Hi
It's highly unlikely that 2 sets of software would prove tom be faulty.
The product is not listed, probably because it is not a current product. It is quite a few years old. I was able to find identical items for sale in various places (http://www.amazon.com/TOPICS-Entertainment-80920-Piano-Deluxe/dp/B000Q1N7A8), so the product seems legitimate.
A couple of basic things to check.
This software comes ona CD, so it should work in any functioning optical drive.
Do other discs work in your computer?
What Operating System are you using? this product only works with Windows XP and earlier versions of Windows. It is not designed for and may not work with Vista or 7.
If you do have Windows XP or earlier and your optical drive works with other CDs:
Insert the CD > My Computer > right click on CD Drive icon > Explore > look for a large file in the list of filles with the description "Application" and a ".exe" file extension and double click on its icon.
Hope this helps.
