Hello again, please refer to page 27 of the user guide for the wiring diagram, I show the two 110V leads go to posts A and D, (Top of page in diagram) the third lead is grounded to the chassis. Here once again is the link to the user guide for the welder.

Thanks for the solution-so according to the manufacturer; I need to change the existing cord and rewire the unit (incoming power) for 30 amps and make the existing neutral post with another leg so that the incoming voltage is actually 220 vac ?
Yes, I did not get the manual for the welder or info with it. I will feel better now by wiring it as per your instructions and the manufacturer's instructions. I will also change the 220 v plug to a twist, or a 220v plug so that it does not accidently get plugged into a 110 vac receptacle. Thanks again for your help and I copied the manual with the link you sent.
