I am having the same issue with our Vizio E550VL TV. Does your TV show No Signal on the screen? I was able to get regular AV to work with the Yellow, Red, and White cable to work but none of the HDMI ports would not work. If it does not power on at all it may be the power supply. I had to order the main board to get it to work correctly. Vizparts.com is where you can order it from.

It says searching for satellite....it does power on and I can watch Netflix movies thru the wi-fi signal so the picture is ok, the inputs are not working

well at least the signal isn't coming thru but other tvs work fine with the cable box.

Only one (out of four total) HDMI input is working on my set.

The HDMI switcher IC chips in TVs can be damaged but lighting hits near you house even if the power is protected with a surge protector. The damaging power comes in through the HDMI port and blows the chip out and it can affect just one port or multiple HDMI ports. Your best bet would be to just get a cheap HDMI switcher and use the one working port. The repair on the TV would require placing the control board and would run from $75-150 for parts plus the labor to install it.

Lightning strike

Yes there is a fuse, but it is integrated, i.e. a soldered component in the main board. A manufacturers warranty fix would be your best bet or failing that a manufacturers recommended engineer. Please don't use an unqualified person as the main board can be blown if too much heat is applied when changing out the component part.

Rg54g3 router problem

Lightning seems to have zapped the Ethernet port on the Modem side, the WAN port, this is quite common with telephone and cable line surges.
Consider your router smoked.
