did you change the air filter and do not set it below 70,the tstat is not a gas pedal its works like a light switch, on or off, also please don't use your breaker as a switch its a safety device and will be damaged over time,If the unit starts to form ice (and it should never do that)
set the tstat from cool to off and the fan button from auto to fan on,this will speed up the thawing

Its not the same but the manufacturer should honor the warranty if you are the registered owner

Check all the ground connections from the circuit board and furnace cabinet. If continues, replace circuit board.

I have not worked on any Rudd 90s but in some furnaces a flame sensor on the opposite side from the igniter can get dirty. It looks like a 0.08 " wire sticking out of a ceramic holder.Cleaning the wire with scotchbright will often cure the problem . Good luck

The installation of the combustion air intake is specifically defined in the installation instructions. Find the model number of the furnace and locate an installation manual online, or have a professional do the task for you.

Look on the condensor, (outdoor unit) at the very bottom of the rear panel and you should find a red reset button. push it. If that does not solve the problem, and the outdoor unit is running (make sure both the fan AND the compressor are running) then you are looking at a low refridgerant issue and possibly dirty coils.

In that case, clean the coils and have refridgerant added.

The reset is two pins on the defrost board. Put a flat scredriver across them to reset the board.
