How to make doors unlock?

Pry the top corner of the door open about an inch (it won't break, they can flex a lot) and wedge it to stay open that little bit with something that will not mar the paint, like a rolled up sock or something.

Fashion a hook at the end of a piece of wire like a coat-hanger or somesuch, and go "fishing" for the door handle or lock. Make sure to put some tape on the end of the wire, and also protect the door and frame where you fish it in as not to damage the paint or scratch the inside of the car.

Even a locksmith will likely take this approach first, it's pretty tried-and-true.

Consider getting an "Emergency Escape Hammer" for busting out a window, and carrying it in the car. If you are ever in an accident and loose power, you could be trapped in the car as easily as you are trapped out of it today. (about $10 at most any Auto Parts store).

Remove the visible bolt from the left side of the arm rest.

Remove the window switch/door lock/mirror controls by popping the entire panel out, may need to use a flathead screwdriver.

Mark a straight line across the coil spring, to help with realigning the new motor.

Use tool j-38864 connect it near outer part of coil sprint where it hooks to retainer or in a pinch use pounted vice grips at same location ensuring they are firmly locked on spring.

Pull spring slightly outward just enough to clear the retainer point and slowly let it uncoil counterclockwise.

Disconnect wire connector from right end of window motor.

how do i take the rear door panel off so i can reset the window

You'll need to remove the screws that are by the side of door, under door arm rest, and door handle. Then gently pull back on the panel as there will also be retaining clips attached and you don't want to break them. (The retaining clips are plastic and will resist, but they will snap easy so be careful.)
You'll need to lift the door panel upwards in order to get it off the window ledge. Think of this piece like a coat hanger, its just resting on the door at this point.
You can try pull back the weather seal, but I've usually just cut an access hole
This will give you access to everything inside the door.
Tools needed? Should just be a Phillips head Screw driver.
