In order to transfer photos from your camera to your computer, you need to

1- Install the drivers for your camera. The drivers are located in the CD which came with your camera. If you do not have the CD, go to Kodak web site and download the drivers for your kodak from here:

http://www.kodak.com/global/mul/service/downloads/DownloadLookup.jhtml?pq-path=13179&product=EKN035311

2- Connect your camera to your PC.
3- if the drivers are installed correctely, click start, and then the computer icom. There should be an icon with name kodak....., double click that and you probably see one or more folders with your save pictures.
4- Now you can copy or cut and past one or more pictures from your camera to your computer. I hope it helps you.
Good Luck!!!!

How to get Sand out of my Camera?

Ok, one time, me and my little sister went to the beach to play around. Then, we decided to make a movie about a sand man. But during filming, I got sand in my camera and now, one of the lens protectors won't close and the the part that goes in and out sometimes jams. So can I open my camera? I think I can because there are screws that hold the camera. So what should I do. Do I open it, or not?

You should not open it. You should take it to a professional for repair. Sand is scratchy, the more you mess with it, the more scratches.

HI,
I did some checking and you can't repair that yourself. I found this on the net for you:

Thank you for using the Step-by-Step Solutions and Repair Tool. The problem with your product appears to be something you cannot fix yourself. We recommend that you send your product to an authorized Kodak repair center for evaluation. Warranty Coverage
The terms of your warranty are described in your User's Guide. If your product is within the warranty period specified, you must provide a proof of purchase to receive warranty coverage. If you do not provide a proof of purchase, you will be charged for the repair.
NOTE: Warranty coverage does not include products that have been dropped or exposed to liquid. If your product shows evidence of this, your warranty will be void and you will be charged for repairs.
If your product is within the warranty period, having it serviced or altered in any way by a non-authorized party will void the warranty for that repair occurrence.

I am also giving you the link to the main page for Kodak in case you want to send it to them for repair or get more information.

remove you memory card

turn camera ON > Press Menu > go to setup menu> format internal memory>
take 1-2 picture > reconnect your camera to the computer>

if the camera will be recognized> reinsert the MMC> format the MMC > it will delete all your pictures including the corrupted ones

most of the time its just a MMC issue

good luck

Try downloading the clip to your PC. Some cameras record the sound but don't have a speaker to play it back.

C913 camera will not turn on - after new batteries

C913 camera will not turn on - after new batteries have been installed, and batteries checked for polarity for proper insertion. I put NEW lithium batteries ( FRESH) after camera would not turn on. I just wanted to take a picture, camera has not been used in about 2 weeks. The camera worked OK before.

Hi,

Try to clean the battery terminals of the camera, if there is any kind of rust, remove it.

Keep the camera off for a day with battery and memory card taken out.

Now insert the battery and memory card in and switch it on.

If still theproblem persists then there is problem with the internal circuit as the charge from the battery is not flowing in it. Then you will have to take your camera to a Kodak Repair center to get it checked.

Good luck and have a nice day.
