Hello, you must mention your imei number to get lg ku990 unlock code. No one can give you unlock code if they didn't know your imei number, since a lg unlock code generated based on imei number in a single phone.

you can report the phone stolen to the police..they will enter is into that national database and call your provider and let them know it was stolen.
if the phone is unlocked, all the person has to do is put a valid sim in it and the phone will work for them.

delete all your messages and reboot phone by taking out the battery then wait 5 minutes then place back battery and power on your phone.

You need to download the USB driver  in other to download music from PC to your mobile.

Download the file and extract the file using Winrar.

Install the driver first and then plug your mobile to the system using the USB Cable.

Now your system will recognise your Mobile and you can copy mp3's and paste it in the memory card.

so will have to do a complete reset.I should advise you to save your relevant data loke ringtones and pics via
bluetooth to another mobile.when you did the total reset to your phone,it will be "naked" like the day you go it.

For better battery performance, perform the following tasks,
1. Switch off the bluetooth. If needed put into hidden mode.
2. Switch off the wifi netword scanning (if applicable)
3. Reduce the screen brightness.
4.While keeping in pocket, take care to ensure that the mobile screen not at all touched or pushed inside pocket even though the screen is locked.
5. Charge th emobile phone for continuous 5 hours and dont charge until fully discharged. Follow this for atleast 5 times.
Then you can see the improvement in batery backup time.

I suppose you are talking about the PIN code you received with the SIM card?? Well at the same time you received also a PUC1 & PUC2 code,(' sometimes you have to call you service provider and they will supply you with the PUC1 code, after verifying your identity) if the SIM card is locked, you need to enter the PUC1 code to unblock it, if you mess this up ( more than 10 attempts) the SIM card becomes unrecoverable! Only your service Provider will issue e new card!

The happy news is there is no problem with phone,the hardware of your phone is in good condition.The problem is the battery.The battery of the phone is dead.This a step behind Stone dead stage.Next state of your battery is stone dead.You can't even use it more.Now the phone Battery will act like charging.Your battery can take small amount charge only because it is dead..Even though you charge your battery for 2 days continuously it will stay for 30 min or 10 min depending the charge usage.

Solution for this is you have to replace it soon..Go to nearest shop and check this with their battery and buy it.

As ginko correctly said above, The PUK is exclusive to your sim card, not your actual phone.
Easiest option is to obtain the PUK from Orange customer services. Call 450 from anothe Orange handset, or 07973 100450 from a landline.
Make a note of your PUK when you get it, because it will always remain the same (for that sim card)
