1996 Ford Econoline "power windows" Questions

AC and fan and passenger side power window will not work AC and fan just cut out while driving. Passenger power window has not worked. No sound from the motor. I'm about to check the fusebox and ideas

Driver power window switch works. Window is off track Take the door panel out and manually align the window.
