Need rough estimate of the cost of replacing timing belt on a 2002 eclipse syder gs convertable.. From $200 to $400 depending on things like if the tensioner also is replaced, dealer or not, etc.

GS wont start Its a 1.8 non-turbo. Checked the Fuel return line and its still getting fuel. We also replaced plugs and wires. The car tries 2 start but wont crank all the way over. Can someone help me
