Question about Honeywell Heating & Cooling

Changed battery in Honeywell thermostat last night due to "replace battery warning". This AM, no heat. Other zones were working so I am thinking that I did not properly reinstall thermostat.

changed the batteries and still nothing changed. Please help me. I live in CT and it is quite cold right now. One of two things either the disply has gone out which is likely as it is a common failure
