AGP video can only run at, AGP supporting 1.5 V 4X AGP cards. The 9600pro runs at 8x & it is not backwards compatible. (able to run at either 8x or 4x). You could run the Sappire ATI Radeon 256MB 9550

AGP video card has failed then there will be no display on the monitor. Try reseating the AGP card first as that is a common problem. If you have a PCI video card you could use that to check your BIOS
