like a bearing is loose and I can't get the pads to stay on. It will only go backwards. I need a manual or an answer. This is the B-8 model shampooer. I just uploaded it under Electrolux B-8 Shampooer

manual. The B-8, or 2101, is the same. Basically: Clean the floor. Prepare a spray bottle of wax solution. Spray an area in front of you, and back away while "swinging" the shampooer from side to side
