you need a lot of information to get a login. It is like overkill.
I tried once to get a login and gave up due to the ridiculous amount of information from various statements that I did not have on hand to complete centrelinks identification verification. you may have better luck than I did when I gave up on dealing with Centrelink

How do I log on to my centrelink form

Submit your Centrelink documents online

Centrelink online accounts

https://www.centrelink.gov.au/LoginServices/source/portal/Login.jsp?finalURL=http%3A%2F%2Fmyaccount.humanservices.gwy%2FLoginServices%2FAuthenticate.do

You will very likely want a MyGov account to which you can add various departments like Centrelink and reach them all via that one site. The is also an Express app available for phones which may allow you to submit information. The pages above should supply you with relevant information. I think you can also report by phone call via a "robotic phone call system." This CAN number is on the card Centrelink provided you.

Email says I have a message and to call myGov. How>>>

Depends on where you are.

If in Australia myGov has a website

https://my.gov.au/LoginServices/main/login?execution=e1s1

If you create a myGov account and then link it to Centrelink and whatever other Commonwealth agencies you deal with, you will be able to read your Federal Govt responses there.

If you want to call myGov itself, the Helpdesk line is 13 23 07, or +611300 1MYGOV (1300 169 468), but good luck with that. The Feds do not want you to ring them, and consequently there are very often long wait times on the phone. I'd email them

My name is Jennifer Hazelwood. Can you tell me if I have a myGov account? I received a letter from Medicare stating that I needed to register.

You would not have one at this stage. The Govt is trying to move us all (I'm in Aust.) away from paper and phone calls to online access. Never mind the myGov site did not work for a while, and nor did phoning them.

Go here and follow the prompts to create a myGov account, then you have to tell it which other Federal services you want to link to it, Medicare, Centrelink, Tax etc.

https://my.gov.au/LoginServices/main/login?execution=e1s1

After that you can access your records in any linked area. Choose a good strong password and DON'T LOSE IT.

Good luck.

Can I view my centrelink account to see credits and debits please.

Go to MyGov and set up your centrelink account there. It is the latest idea from our government. (use your customer number and add a password) Write down your password and put it where you can get it easily if you forget. (Under a magnet on the fridge, or on a filing cabinet).
Or:
Go to Humanresources and click on Centrelink. Log in and check your payments for 2014 - 2015. They should be there. Also, you should be receiving Centrelink online letters to let you know of any changes. You can also check by logging into your bank account. Set up a username and password with your bank online.
