My charger wont start up

My 2006 Charger wont start back up, I started it and it gave out twice, and now it wont start back up. What do u think is the problem?

So I should check the fuel filter, even if the malfunction indicator light is on

thanks brother, I could change the fuel filter myself couldn't I? I heard its wasn't that hard, plus I'm sure I could get directions on how to do it. If thats not the problem I will send u another post, if u dont mind. Again thanks brother you've been more than helpful.

Very well could be the Fuel Filter. I would start there first.

For safety, it should not start in gear. It should only start in Park or Neutral.

I have a 2006 charger rt. We had tcm remanned and now the tcm cannot be found by computer. The bas, esp, and tps lights are all on and wont go out. Car wont shift out of first. What should we do?

You will need to reset the computer, find reset button or disconnect battery and cycle through the start and shift process, then leave disconnected, overnight if possible or at least 2 hours, before reconnecting, start and let idle for 5 minutes before shifting to drive, then drive car on open road and give a firm push to the throttle, try manual shift, if no go, inspect tcm.

Why do my 2006 dodge charger get power from the battery but still wont start

Plugs fouled? coil packs gone bad? Crank position sensor bad? get a reader it should have codes stored. They can be rented from auto stores pretty cheap.

2009 dodge charger is stuck on an incline and will not come out of park

happens to me allot,it will go in gear but you will have to apply allot more pressure than normal to get it out of park,the steeper the incline the harder you will have to pull on gear shifter( you will almost think your going to break the shifter,but you wont) to keep it from happening next time,when you pull in and put in park before you let off brake pedal apply the emergency brake,and when you get back in car to leave,start and put in gear then release the emergency brake.....

2006 dodge charger transponder key stopped working. car wont start anymore. i can open and lock the doors fine but just cant get the car to start

This means that the programming of the Transponder Key has been corrupted or the Programming data of the Key in ECU ( Electric Control Unit ) has been lost or not responding. You now have to get a new Transponder Key. You can get it on E-bay for $30. After you receive it, reprogram the car to the New Transponder Key to the ECU ( the process in usually given in the instruction manual or in the Service Manual ). Then the car will start perfectly.
