be a little more specific , is your battery dead and not enough to turn the starter if the battery is good test your wiring to the ignition and starter when you put the key to start ck to see if you are getting power to the solenoid if so , then your solenoid is bad , you can change it or get a new one , jump it out and see if it starts that way to ck your wiring too,

this is sometimes hard to do , if it is a small bit just try to hit it with a punch and start to break it up , wear safety glasses ,

If you mean that the engine cuts out when you release the clutch (trying to ride away) then check the sidestand switch. This is fitted so when you attempt to ride off with the sidestand down the engine cuts out and is located next to the sidestand under the bike. If it is gunked up with road grime it will stick in the activated position. Wipe it clean and drench with WD40

hello, check your intake for air leaks. i have seen a loads of cracked rubber inlet. check valve clearance and compression. make sure you have a good battery and the charging system works.

Well, There is no screw to adjust valve timing, no screw to adjust ignition timing. No fuel injection. Can you describe what exactly it is your trying to do? It's a 12 HP engine. Very simple to trouble shoot, just need accurate info.

yes there is a bulb in the speedo, though i'm not entirely familiar with this model but i guess you should take down the speedometer and take of it's case....there you should see the bulb .

Needle valve and seat in the carburator dirty or worn. Best to replace the needle and seat assembly.Kind of works like a toilet. When the float gets to the top, it shuts off the fuel. Any debris or damage in the needle/seat assembly will cause it to overflow.
