I would still say is the battery. You can only check a battery with a hygrometer or a load resistance meter which simulates a load similar to a starter and then gives a volt reading. Operating lights and horns is not a reliable battery test. If the dash lights dim significantly when you try start and hear the clicking, that is a better check of the battery condition.

If you are right and the starter is just clicking and you said your battery is good. Make sure your battery cables are clean, check connections at the starter itself. Also you have to check starter relay swap with a known good relay i usually swap horn and starter relay, if they are the same, that way you can press the horn button to check the relay after you swapped it. But defiantly sounds like either wiring problem or internal starter issues. If everything is good my professional option I would replace starter after all that.

No spark when trying to start it

If can be the problem with spark plugs itself or the problem with faulty ignition coils, the spark plugs get power from ignition coils. Both the spark plugs and ignition coil voltage needs to be checked. This is many a times caused by weak battery or faulty battery, or can be possible that battery to starter connection is loose or faulty starter itself.First the battery to start and both battery and starter voltage needs to be checked and confirmed. If that is checked ok, then other possibilities like faulty spark plugs, faulty fuel pump etc etc needs to be checked. if you've tested your battery and know you have a good connection at the terminals that one click sound is a bad starter. you may wish to attempt to tap on it while cranking to try to get it to start. if you do crawl under your car use jack stands to hold the car in the air. never leave a losd on the jack. safety first. if this was helpful please leave positive rating.

The car do not starter and the light oron do not strarter jack in up it starter and run 2003 buick lesabre

There are some possibilities which you will have to check in this case:--

1) First of all check the power and voltage to the battery. With meter it will show exact 12 volt if the battery is charged. If the voltage is less get the battery charged at local auto repair shop. If the battery is internally drained and not getting charged then its time to replace the battery.

2) When you crank the car do you see spark coming at the spark plug? If no then its time to check the spark plugs and coil pack. If the spark plugs are not worn out and looks new then its time to check coil pack. The spark plug gets power to spark from coil pack.

3) The other thing to check in this case is the starter solenoid of the car. If the battery is charged and you start the car then it gives power to the starter to start the car. But if starter is faulty or not connected properly then car will not start.

4) The other thing to check in this case is fuel in the car. If there is fuel in the car then check the blockages in the fuel pump if the fuel pump looks proper then check the fuel filter above the fuel pump.

5) If all the above possibilities mentioned above checked out OK/perfect then it's a electrical issue and the wiring's in the car needs to be checked. The car gets power from the battery to get started. so the wires from battery needs to be checked one by one.

Car will not start, battery good.Turn key in the ignition nothing happens.STARTER WILL NOT TURN OVER.

hElO..yElLoW,
The car engine must be mechanically okay, judging from the not starting, I would most likely conclude electrical system is fine as well. However, there must be a component, it may probabley be the Engine Ignition Coil(s). These guys are very important so as to supply sufficient current to the starter. Try to diagnose at the dealer to see before replacing :)
