Good day, i need to know what will my torque settings on the flywheel in Nm be for a 99 VW polo classic 1.6

• Stage 1: 40 Nm (30 ft-lb)
• Stage 2: 60 Nm (44 ft-lb)
• Stage 3: 90 degrees (1/4 turn)

1. Tata Cummins 6BTAA engine:
   • Stage 1: 29 Nm (21 lb-ft)
   • Stage 2: 67 Nm (49 lb-ft)
   • Stage 3: 90 degrees
2. Tata Novus V8 engine:
   • Stage 1: 85 Nm (63 lb-ft)
   • Stage 2: 110 Nm (81 lb-ft)
   • Stage 3: 70 degrees

1. Tighten the cylinder head bolts in the sequence shown. Using the 4 step torque turn method, tighten according to the following values:

• • Step 1: All to 34 Nm (25 ft. lbs.)
  • Step 2: All to 68 Nm (50 ft. lbs.)
  • Step 3: All to 68 Nm (50 ft. lbs.)

CAUTION: Do not use a torque wrench for the following step.
Step 4: Turn an additional 1/4 turn

• Step 5: Install and tighten bolts (1-10) in sequence shown, to 41 Nm (30 ft. lbs.) .

1. Tighten bolts (1-10) again to 41 Nm (30 ft. lbs.) PLUS 1/4 turn in sequence shown.
2. Install main bearing bedplate to engine block bolts (11-20), and torque each bolt to 28 Nm (20 ft. lbs.) in sequence shown.

Connecting Rod Cap Bolts 54 Nm (40 ft. lbs.) + 1/4 turn

VW Transporter 2.5 TDI-PD, (made year: 2003 ... 2007), engine code: AXD, 130 HP / 3500 rpm.
Important note: use new bolts!
Flywheel/driveplate torque setting: 60 Nm + 90 degrees.
Clutch to flywheel torque setting: 22 Nm.

On 5.7L engines, install the bolts and torque in sequence as follows:

1. Step 1: 71 inch lbs. (8 Nm).
2. Step 2: 106 inch lbs. (12 Nm).
3. Step 3: 11 ft. lbs. (15 Nm).
