I was told by Mr. Transmission an Auto Repair place that my cylinder #3 had a misfire but there wasnt any more details given because they would have to do a full diagnostic & i dont have the funds for that. If i just got a tune up would that fix that issue or is it best to just do a full diagnostic to figure out what is wrong. My Service Engine Soon light is on along with my ABS , ETS light and Trac Off light is on.

If you just tuned it up...the misfire probabley will be ok...now for the sevice soon light on.....go to Autozone and let them put it on the computer to see what is wrong (it FREE). for your ABS and trac....its probabley going to be a dirty or bad wheel sensor..Hope this gets you started in the right direction ??

2003 dodge neon. Did the self diagnostic test that it comes equipped with and came back with these codes P0300, P0302, P0344, P0700. Could it all relate to one thing?

These codes cover 3 different areas. Misfires, cam sensors and transmission issues. I would suggest taking the vehicle to a good mechanic so they can look at it in more detail.
The Codes mean...
P0300 = Random/multiple misfires detected.
P0302 = Cylinder 2 Misfire detected.
P0344 = Camshaft Position sensor Circuit intermittent.
P0700 = Transmission control system malfunction.

My jimmy is having issues the rpms **** up when i jump on highway and then the check engine light will kick on, the mechanic puts it on the computer and all he tells me is it was a misfire! but he does...

Well, the misfire is engine related and would have nothing to do with the transmission planetaries. I hope you are receiving a detailed invoice from this shop.
The codes for engine misfire [s], are P0300= random misfires / P0301 to ***06 that tell which cylinder is having a misfire= 1 thru 6. This could be anything from a bad spark plug to and injection problem, and they should be able to identify and tell you what the problem is and the approximate cost to repair.------------- On the transmission repair, I would question that in fine detail = to repair the planitaries you would have to remove the transmission and diassemble it. If it was a solinode or a valve body repair etc., those could be performed with the transmission in the vehicle.
If you suspect you've been treated poorly, maybe you should find a different shop.

I have a BMW 3 series 330 xi and it showes the code p0300 I wasnt successful finding what's this code for. I need help.. do you knoe what's this code means ?? I also find out that my beamer has a misfire...

P0300 indicated a multiple cylinder misfire. Typical causes are vacuum leaks, bad plugs, wires and/or coils. Could also be a dirty MAF. From what you describe it could also be the seal between the air cleaner housing and the MAF. Make sure the o-ring is not out of place and dry. I put some silicone lube or vasaline on it to help seal things up. That fact that it acts this way when cold points in the direction. That's what I would check first. Let me know how it works out.
