Near at the fuel filter there is two things you first to do is to loosen the air inside. How? Either burbola or loosen the not or bolt of the filter.after that pump it until the fuels out.

The fuel pump relay is located below the dash, in the center console area bolted to the vertical metal uprights that support the dash. Depending on production date, the MFI and fuel pump relays may come together or separate. If together, the relay comes as a module consisting of both relays attached together on a metal bracket. The relays are normally $27 each.
the location is in engine compartment, there's 2 fuses one of left, one of right, the one of the right is the fuel pump relay, they are the closet relays to the headlights

Is your car a GDI or MPI? If it's a GDI version the relay is located on the firewall left hand side under the bonnet. If it's a MPI then the relay is in the fuse box near the battery.
