Question about 1999 GMC Suburban
I have the same issue on my 98 Suburban. I left the wipers in the on position and then lifted the hood to get at the electrical connector to the wiper motor, once I gave the electrical connector a wiggle the wipers started working again. Get an Auto Electrician to replace the connector = problem solved.
