2006 Fusion SEL (CA Concepts) = subframe crack going on second time now. They replaced it with telling me its not covered under warranty, told me they have had problems with subframe. Gave me a copy of it. Now its making the same noise and when I tell dealer they wont admit to anything wrong Car has had many problems besides this. (cam shaft, batter, seat warmer, transmission.)

Please get a second opinion. It's very unlikely that evaporator itself is leaking. Usualy the leaks occur in joints between pipes.

for p0410, you can try:
please note that this may be covered under the emissions warranty on the vehicle. If your vehicle is out of bumper-to-bumper warranty, check if the emissions warranty is still valid!
Replace the AIR pump AND one-way check valve
Test and clean the AIR pump AND test and replace the one-way air check valve
Replace the AIR pump inlet hose
Replace the AIR pump fuse (found under the hood).

unless you bought an extended warranty on your car very doubtful that it will be covered. but you can check if it is, get your vin# from driverside door panel or from driverside windsheild at bottom of window. write the vin# down and call the dealership and ask them if you are covered.. hope this helps!!

You have to remove the cover around the gearshift, there you'll find the bulb, it's a small 12V bulb, just pull it out of the holder and install a new one.

You need to drop subframe and the engine and transaxle asy out through the bottom

You will have to remove the subframe to remove the trans.

Certain emissions parts are covered 8 yr / 80,000 miles (e.g. PCM, ECU, & TCM). I've also read of bad gas caps leading to problems. Have you changed gas caps or added a locking cap that's not Ford approved for this fuel system?

Take it to the dealer as it is still under warranty.
