THERE IS NO CUT OF SWITCH IN YOUR LS400,IT COMBINE WITH FUEL RELAY AND FUSE,CHECK IT IN THE ENGINE COMPARTMENT LEFT SIDE..READ IT THERE..THE THE THE FUSE FIRST.
I would check your main circuit fuse.Its likely located in the engine compartment.Look for a rectangular box its got a top cover,remove it and check the fuses.
you can get to part of it from trunk and the rest of it threw the rear seat.
