Either the linkage in the door is broken or the window is off track. Either way you will have to remove the door panel to check it out. If any of the plastic clips break when popping off the panel, you can get them at a auto parts store.

Is it bad if I use 89 instead of 91?

look inside the rubber boot between the door and the body wire break inside from opening and closing the door

the computer is not getting the earth signal from all the doors there is either a faulty door switch or a broken wire from the doors

around the door there is a rubber seal on the door frame they do get old and crack and go bad replace should stop the leak. yes the rubber goes bad

open each door and squit in WD 40 in the looks and open and shut the door a few times. It will take care of it

Could be caused by a few different thing's ,dirty mass air flow sensor ( if your vehicle has one ) A worn TPS - throttle position sensor , dirty throttle plate .

I locked the 2000 lincoln continental with the key fob but lost it now the ignition key wilolo not unlock the door
