Towing any kind of front wheel drive Car is difficult because of the way the sub frames are made.Another problem you would have is that if you were to tie anything to the control arms you could bend them.If you tied it to the sub frame in the front you could tear up your front bumper. If you try to push it you run the chance of tearing up your rear bumper so my recommendation would be to get it towed so you don't gain any more problems then what you have now.Sorry there is no easy way to tow it.

The best way to tow the car is with a tow dolly like on the link below or you can use a tow rope/chane if you are going less than a mile. If you use a rope/chane you will need some one in the car to steer it and make sure the key is in the ignition to be able to steer it and stop it.

If you are asking where to put a rope or chane if you look under the front of the car you will see a round hook or thick piece of metal with a hole in it. That is where you will attach the rope/chane

How to disengage Park into neutral to push/tow van

sure you can the operator guide on all cars glove box there.
shows park neutral lock out.
Key on, step on brake key on, shift to neutral. (battery not dead)
do not tow it with steering lock enabled. that be horrible.
all cars have a chapter on towing,
wheels up or down front or rear up or down or flat towed

and with RWD and wheels on ground rear, the towing distance is limited to 200 miles or less. so when the rear transmission bearing runs dry and not burns up, < all you need to know there!
most transmissions made (not my 64 Pontiac rotohydramatic)
has the 200 mile limit, the transmission has no rear tail shaft pump now days, ALL TOW shops know all this stuff.
Same with 4wd and same reasons
my Jeep i can tow it 200miles, called flat towing but must stop and start engine every 200miles to add lube to the rear.(tranny shafts)
flat towing is the hard job and I bet you meant flat towed.
and hope only short distance,

lost the key?
battery dead Not told?
best is leave key turned on , hold foot brake, shift to N and then key off but do not set the steering lock ever. (pause and think now)
for some jobs (ask U-hual) they have a bar the locks the steering to FRONT, hard locked, so cars KEY lock can not engage.. towed.
if battery is dead ,jump it. then go to neutral
some cars vast the same manual
shows how to defeat the P/.N lock with a secret part of the shifter console we push that, and P/N is defeated just for towing.
we have no Iveco 3.5 ton curtain sider , in USA
nor any year told
ask the make for the manual on your car in YOUR country
"Today it is marketed in 110 markets around the world" but not USA

Starter problems 94 pontiac grand am

If you do nothing special to make it crank, I would say the problem is inside the starter motor.
It could have enough age and foreign matter inside to not make connection every time, especially when hot.
The only way to find out would be to run wires to the starter and have a meter ready to test it when it fails to work.

Can you tow this truck.

If the truck is automatic it can be towed slowly over short distances when 'neutral' is selected. The issue is that as the truck is towed the transmission impeller churns the transmission fluid and this creates heat build up. To prevent transmission cooking keep the speed down and the distances short (up to 10 miles at a time should be OK).
