Why is my front driver side tire wobble when i hit a bump

First, have the tire inspected before you do any expressway driving. you could have a damaged tire with a tread or internal ply separation. second, inspect the front shock absorbers, it sounds like the left front shock has failed and lost its hydraulic fluid. third have the front steering linkage and front suspension checked for worn or loose tie rods, idler arm, ball joints and stabilizer bar links. do this ASAP as you don't want to have the tire fail or any parts break while you are driving!

Front wheel feels like it's wobbling when braking

I had that same problem on my Toyota pickup once and replace the wheel. No more problem. Wheel must have had a certain warp to it. Normally though, this wobble you feel would be a burnt spot in a rotor. But you've replaced that.

Steering wheel and tire issue

Have a front end suspension check done to eliminate any worm ball joints -shockies- worn suspension rubbers-- steering problems. If ok have a wheel alignment done and have the rear end aligned first as it affects the front alignment. The violent wobble is castor wobble and indicates negative castor possible from sagging suspension springs. The camber is out at that results in the car following every dip in the road. The camber has to work in conjunction with the toe-in measurement and if the 2 are not correct then you will have problems.

Hello, I am experiencing a "death wobble" with my 2007 Jeep wrangler 2 door. On occasion, while driving about 40 mph my jeep and steering wheel **** left and right, violently, after hitting a bump. Does...

Cgeck for play in the track bar , it goes from frame to front diff. Get a friend to move the steering wheel from left to right ( engine off ) about an 1/8 of a turn back and forth and watch for play in the steering and suspension parts. good luck.

Wobble when accelerating

U NEED TO HAVE THE CV JOINTS CHECKED FOR EXCESSIVE WEAR, ALSO ROTATE THE TIRES AND SEE IF THAT HELPS, A SEPERATED TIRE CORD CAN CAUSE THIS WALLOW.

I have just bought a Suzuki Vitara 4u2, T Reg. Is it normal to feel like your swaying and jumpin all over the road when your driving it??

Hmmm, it's normal for the ride in a 4wd to feel "different" they feel like they wallow a bit in turns and shudder a bit over bumps compared to a car, but it should not be jumping all over the road! try the old suspension test, go to each corner of the car and give it a good hard push down and let go, if the car comes back up and setles, all is good, if it doesn't go down or if it bounces up and down, the shocks/struts need replacing. Also try grabbing each of the front wheels and trying to move them left to right, then up and down, if there is any clunking or movement (without the steering wheel moving) there is a problem. left and right wobble indicates steering problems, up/down wobble indicates a wheel bearing broblem.
