Either the cruise switch you depress is at fault or the box withe the cables running from it to the throttle body is. It will need to be checked out if the fuse is good located in the fuse bos
there should be a fuse for the windows and the sunroof, try this first, if no blown fuses could be the switch panel, if you have a test light you can make sure you have power to the switches, hope this might help.
