Does the PS pulley have any holes in it? If it does you should be able to put the socket through the hole and remove it. If not use an offset box end wrench. Its shaped like a half moon and gets into tight spots. If you need the procedure go to ebsco.com and look it up. You will need a u/n and p/w to access the info. Google for the pair and you should be able to find ones that will get you access. If not your local library gets free access, you can get ti there.
Hi, The water pump will be directly behind the fan pulley. The fan pulley mounts onto the water pump shaft. So no the fan pulley is not the water pump. Safe Journey's, Wayne
Don't remove the P/S pulley, Unbolt the pump. Go thru the pulley holes to remove the two bolts that hold the pump on. After you move the P/S, you can remove the bracket.
that is not an idler pully that is the power steering pully if you feel through the holes in the pully you will feel the 13 mm head bolts that hold the pump to the block remove those bolts the pump will drop down and you can then remove the water pump also you have to remove the studs using the inverted torx end on the stud to unscrew it then the mount will come out
