You have to pull the door panel off and the switches are accesed from the back side of the door panel. That switch panel is going to have to come from the dealer and they usually are not seperate you have to replace them as a group.

It really depends on what broke. is it the plastic lever, or the electrical part of the switch.

Replaced switch on drivers side window passengers front now works, drivers won't roll back up

the drivers side switch may b bad as well, when switching out the switch for passenger side you may have knocked connection loose for drivers switch or possibly one of the wires broke or fell off, that seems to happen alot, check wires where they are hooked to the connector for switch and where they go from door to body, usually thats where they get broke or disconnected from being wore slowly, but try all new switches first

The drivers side rear window does not function. How do I fix the problem?

sounds like the actual window switch. If the other windows will roll up, it could be either the switch, but could be the actual motor as well. from: executiveexpresslimo.com

1995 jeep grand cherokee laredo 4x4 all power windows not working

had same problem with 94. in the door jam there is a rubber boot that holds all the wires for your power windows and locks and stuff. remove the boot and check each of the wires in that harness to make sure they are not broke. that's what was wrong with mine on both doors. the wires break with repeated door openings.
