Check the oil level in the engine. If it is overfilled it can do this. Remove the spark plug and inspect it. It might be carboned up with burned oil.
The
white smoke indicates the engine is burning oil from somewhere. The
fuel in the air cleaner indicates pressure in the crankcase. You might
have a problem with the crankcase breather letting air into the
crankcase.
I think you should schedule service and get a technician to diagnose the problem with the engine.
