It sounds like a communication issue to the BCM.

Fuse 14 hidden fusebox behind fascia box but this also controls the multifunction control unit

Power locks are controlled through the module known as the BCM, have it scanned to see why the locks are not working.

Replace the turn signal switch. All the exterior lights run threw it... Except the high mount brake light..

illumination has a fuse. But the gauges don't. The gauges are run by the ECM or sensors.

You may have two bare wires touching creating a short. Trace out the wiring. You can get wiring diagram off yahoo.

If the rear power windows don't work. Its possible that you have a blown fuse for the rear side windows. Open up the fusebox usually located under the dashboard. Check the fusebox manual. Locate the fuse for the rear power windows. check if the fuse is blown. Replace the fuse. im 98% sure that its just a blown fuse.
