Your vehicle is a OBDII system thus it will require a scan tool to clear the codes or you can wait for 50 cold to hot cycles "Closed to Open" - I think, and the light should reset.
A cheap OBDII code reader should be able to clear the codes.
check fuel injectors, fuel pressure regulator, air filter. cat converter, O2 sensor. failure of any of these wastes fuel. air/fuel ratio should be normal.
