Have bmw 523 auto will not start, turns over, have charged battery,do i need to reset immobiliser?help, this car cannot be towed i am told because its an auto?

You shouldn't have to reset immobilizer. And your car CAN be towed, if done correctly. It can be towed from the rear. The preferable way is aboard a flat bed.
