Is the car loosing power and idle unstable if so coil has stopped working. quick way to check if missfiring is to disconnect injector connectors one at a time to see which cylinder has no effect on way engine is running. coils are about 43 quid

SOURCE: can a toxic fume filter send a megane 2 into limp mode

Not directly, but the engine ECM and Transmission TCM are connected, so if the engine is running badly, this will effect on the transmission, and may confuse the TCM and make it go into limp mode.

Not good. It is low oil PRESSURE, not low oil LEVEL, although low oil can cause low pressure if the pump is scavenging. When was the last time the oil filter was changed?
