The clutch fluid goes into the clutch fluid reservoir look around in the engine compartment by the brake booster. if you still cannot find, head on over to Auto Zone or Oreillys their counter people will show you where it is.

if the beeping is coming from under the dash panel it may be the main fuel pump relay also I would check all the battery and engine grounds

Jerking is usually caused by the engine misfiring or the transmission not working right. I would start with a good tune up if one hasn't been do in awhile

try a new speedo drive in the gearbox and the rev counter works from a sensor mounted on the flywheel as i remember

have shop road test and scan possible solinoid
