You will have to repost and reword this problem... you say it wont move, but that it loses power while driving. how is it losing power while driving if it wont move?
check the shifter mechanism for binding up and not moving freely into positions. Not starting in park but in neutral indicates something is out of alignment with the shifter. May just need cleaning and a bit of oil/grease to fix.
sounds like the neutral safety switch in the console try jiggling the shifter around neutral and or park unless you have a wiring problem it is possible the starter is defective
If no gear selector light. Then it can be faulty Gear selector module or loose wire connection with the Gearbox ECU.If that checks ok then its faulty gear box.Thanks.

you may have broken the shift cable, that's why it shows the vehicle is in park and won't go in any gear.
put your car in neutral with engine off and try to push it. if it does not move then you know it's in park and the cable is broke
