Will a brake caliper (drivers side)of a 1996 pontiac grand am fit a 2001 pontiac grand am?

No that will not fit the the body style changed in 98 see pontiac grand am 96-98 had the same body style and body parts. so i dont think it will work you will nedd to find a caliper off a 99-05 and that should work.

I need the fuse diagram for tha 1996 pontiac grand am gt

- take down the Vin # - call the local dealer and ask about recalls and service bulletins - you will be amazed. Some recalls must be fixed for the life of the vehicle.

While on the phone - tell them you need the diagram - they will print it out and you can go get it - - free -

Anti theft THINK i AM STEALING MY CAR

try this.
PASS LOCK RESET GM CARS 1999 UP
1) Put the key in the ignition and turn to the "ON" position. Leave it that way for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes turn the key and take it out. Repeat this process (2) more times (3 times, 30 minutes total) This should reset the passlock system to recognize your key.

ENGINE STALLS WHEN I STEP ON GAS PEDAL

Sounds like your fuel pump is going bad! The more you press on the pedal the more demand is on the pump and it cant keep up cuz its junk. Try to limp it to a shop to replace it, unless u wanna do that yourself.....
