Need a code for radio (eurovox) in 99 freelander thanks

Samantha, You need the VIN and the radio serial number. Take those into a Holden dealer to get the radio code and programming instructions from the dealer. They may want a small fee for the #. Check the attached links,instruction and guides, Good luck

to enter a radio code you use the preset buttons ie code 1324 you press buttons 1324 and then either select or button six and hold until it beeps and the screen shows radio type stuff , i have researched this particular make and the year, whether it has a cd player can make a difference to the actual code and entering it, follow this link for some advise from eurovox owners

We may be able to help with this but need more information. Each radio has its own individual security code. There is no blanket code that covers Freelanders for example.

You will need to supply the serial number and part number of the radio itself so we can identify what radio you have. This will involve removing the radio from the dash to find the serial number which is on a label at the back or stamped into the metal casing of the radio itself.

Post this information up and we can advise from there.

Think on some stereos if your code is 5678 you would press button number 1 five times button 2 six times etc.
Not always that clear. lock out can occur so take care if in doubt see a dealership

The radio will have to be removed from the dashboard.

Then quote the radio MAKE+MODEL plus all the letters+numbers on any labels, barcodes or stamped in the metal casing.

If it's the original radio, then the landrover dealer will sort it, via the database. reg number, and vin number usually required. But check in the info wallet that should have come with your car, it's usually stored in there, on a security card.

if it is a factory fitted radio your local dealer will be able to find it on computer. You will need chassis number
