The blower motor is located on the passenger side of the vehicle next to the blower motor. Run the fan on high and listen for the blower motor location if in question. The resistor will be mounted into the heater case and held in by two screws.

sounds like the resistor for the blower motor, should be located in blower housing below right side of dash, come on,its only like 25 bucks, give it a shot. im sure you will be amazed what 20 bucks can do nowadays.

Blower fan not working correctly

It is the blower motor resistor and is located under the glovebox behind the blower motor.

Heater/ac blower

Usually when the blower loses speeds over time the problem is the blower motor sensor.luckily these are relatively cheap.
