Where is # 1 cylinder located on a 2008 Hyundai Tucson

The location of the number 1 cylinder in a 2008 Hyundai Tucson is determined by the engine type and layout.
Hyundai Tucson 2008 models comes with 2 different engine types :
  • 2.0L I4 engine
  • 2.7L V6 engine
In both engines, the firing order is 1-3-4-2, and the cylinder layout is inline or straight.
The cylinder layout of the 2008 Hyundai Tucson with 2.0L I4 engine is inline 4-cylinder, meaning that the cylinders are arranged in a line, one after the other. In this configuration, the number 1 cylinder is typically located at the front of the engine, on the driver's side.
The cylinder layout of the 2008 Hyundai Tucson with 2.7L V6 engine is V6 engine, meaning that the cylinders are arranged in a "V" shape. In this configuration, the number 1 cylinder is typically located at the front of the engine, on the driver's side, and it's the first cylinder on the left bank.

Location of bank 1 sensor 2

bank 1 means that bank that cylinder 1 resides.
no engine option stated. so......
sensor 2 is the rear sensor, or for FWD cars
that sensor that is behind #1 or more tech savy
furthers from exhaust valves or behind the CAT.
no , not Garfield the catalysts .

on a V6 there are 2 banks, if an I4, then there is no second bank.
so the I4 only has 1 bank and its #1
on a V6, bank one is on the side that has the off set front cylinder
this is #1, the offset is to front of engine, or closes to the damper pulley and waterpump or cam chain or belt.
V6 and v8 have one cylinder that site farther forward than the other bank.. due to rods cant sit on same place engine.

Where oxygen sensor bank 1 sensor 1 is located for a Acura TL 2006?

where, as ON Car?
you forgot to post engine option, so nobody can anwer easy
but Sensor 1 is the sensor ,closest to cylinder 1.
Bank 1 is the bank closes to cylinder 1.
on I4 engines Cyl #1 is closest to the cam, and crank pulleys.
on V6 /V8 Cylinder 1 is that bank that is most forward.
on V egines, on bank sits forward, one rear.
if you told engine , size and displacement, this be snap.
or look it up on alldata.com
or google your real engine type.
guessing, USA>....???

3.2 L J32A3 (258 hp) V6

J32
first google hit
shows (ASCII art, kwel)
No it is

1-2-3
4-5-6

Front of car

so on this V6 , bank 1 is rear, right. see? it above?
and B1S 1 is rear bank, sensor top. sensor closest to engine head.
sensor 2 is always behind CAT, in fact its the CAT monitor sensor.

at a 100k mile replace both V6, top sensors. for max MPG.
they dont last 300k like engines,.
the rear is leave for smog man kicks in behind, only. p420x...

Where is bank1 senor1 o senor located?

it is in front of the catalytic converter-follow the exhaust out off the engine block, it will be between the exhaust header and the cat. If you have a V6 (you didn't say), it is on the same side of the engine as the #1 cylinder. #1 cylinder is always the closest front cylinder to the front of the engine on any car.
