2006 bmw330i My rear defroster quit working. Does anyone have an idea how to fix it. Or where to look. I'll be taking it to the stealership but I thought I should ask here first.

1) Look in the trunk, near the hatshelf for the connector that hooks to the rear window, to make sure that it is connected, AND that it receives electricity when activated from the dashboard. If it receives 12 volts or so, then inspect visually the resistance lines in the window, and check that they are not scratched or broken. Electricity will not flow if those lines arent continuous. I am assuming that you checked for broken fuses first. Broken lines can be repaired.
