Where is the radiator drain plug on my '96 Olds

I looked up info in an online parts book for your radiator, 96--olds cutlass ciera-- 3.1L engine. The lower radiator hose is located on the passenger side, same side as radiator cap, only at the bottom.

take off the cap
remove the hose underneath the radiator
put your hosepipe in the radiator cap
and allow water to flow through till its clear
then replace the radiator hose and refill with coolant

CK POWER STEARIN FLUID LEVEL O YOU HAVE A PROBLEM ON THE GEAR BOX OR THE POWER STEARIN PUMP

On my 99 Silhouette with a 3400 V-6 the drain plug is on the drivers side of the radiator at the bottom adjacent to the mounting post casting on the bottom of the radiator.

Here's a link to read about your Olds.Here's a kit that has instructions how to flush.You need to drain the system, the drain valve is located on lower driver side of the radiator. When the system is dry, shut the valve and fill the radiator with new coolant. Fill until the coolant runs out the top, fill the overflow tank to cold mark.
Start the engine and let it warm up until the thermosat opens. Standing in front of the vehicle there is a small bleed valve located on the right just above the thermostat open it until the coolant comes out and shut it back off. Located on the left of the engine just above the water pump is another bleed valve, do the same with it. You may have to do this two or three times before you have all the air out of the system.

Radiator caps and drain plugs; these seem to be disappearing from our vehicles since they cost a buck or two.
If your Olds still has one, you should be able to find it easily by checking the lower tank of the radiator.
If you are flushing or changing the fluid, please do not let the old fluid simply run onto the ground since the sweetness of the stuff attracts critters and domestic pets can be poisoned by it.

the drain plug will have seals on it, just replace the drain plug. any parts store will have a drain plug/seal

Use a Turkey Baster to **** the extra fluid out.

Under the bottom of the radiator on the there is a drain ****, you will have to raise the car and crawl under it to see it, be careful to not break it, the screw in plug is fragile, it will be hard to unscrew.
