  1. Go to the front of the car and open the hood. Locate the two screws that mount the headlight assembly to the front of the vehicle. The screws are on top of the assembly at both ends. Use a Phillips head screwdriver to remove the screws. Pull the headlight assembly straight off of the Intrepid.
  2. Locate the turn signal electrical connector at the outer side of the headlight assembly. There is a thick wire coming out of it. Turn the electrical bulb socket counterclockwise to take it out of the headlight assembly.
  3. Pull the turn signal bulb straight out of the electrical socket.
  4. Push in a new turn signal bulb. Reinstall the electrical socket with the new bulb in it to the headlight assembly. Turn the socket clockwise until it is tight. Push the headlight assembly back in place on the car and use and screwdriver to put the mounting screws back in.

2004 Dodge Durango limited. Turn signals are not working properly. They have an irregular flash pattern. All the bulbs are working. Any ideas? Where is the flasher relay located?

There is no flasher relay on your vehicle. Turn signals are selected by the multifunction switch (left side of the steering column), but the lights are operated by 'drivers' in the front control module. This unit is in the left front part of the engine compartment, below the power distribution panel. But you cannot change just the 'drivers', if bad, the whole module needs to be replaced.

The rear left hand signal is blown, do you have to take your whole rear end apart to change a lite bulb

This is extensive steps to do this which you will need the actual diagrams from the manufacture. We can give them on our site as we pay them to allow us to distrubute them so there is no copyright issues come by and get the info plus help from a Mechanic

Need to replace left turn signal flasher

This is weird! It seems to me that the left turn signal is getting 12v from somewhere at all times.I don't think the flasher is the problem(most GM systems use a single flasher for left and right)You probably have a crossed wire somewhere(or an add on accessory was connected to the left signal wire, allowing 12 volts to bleed through to the circuit)

Need toknow how to gain acces to change the front left turn signal bulb on my 2004 VW Convertible.

If your Beetle is a "Turbo S", the whole front clip (bumper facia) has to come off.

For all other Beetle models:
Remove the screw cap at the rear of the front turn/marker lense.
Remove the screw
Pull the lamp assembly forward
Disconnect the electrical connector
Twist the lamp socket to remove it from the lamp assembly
Remove the bulb
Reverse procedure to install
