It sounds more like it's a suspension problem. Pull your from wheels off and examine the CV joints, boots, and take a look at your shocks to make sure they are in good condition. Your diagnostic tool, as far as I can tell, is picking up a problem somewhere else in your vehicle and has nothing to do with your front end suspension.

Check the Relay Pack located to the left of the radiator (standing in front of the engine) there are 3 relays together, the one closest to the radiator, is the Cooling Fan Relay.

between the trans and motor there will be a small plug that faces toward the tire it will look like a bolt that holds nothing in place look toward the axle from the front of the car
