I would have an alignment donefirst and most reputable shops will perform a full check of your suspension to check for any damaged or excessively worn components and will advise you from there. If you have a complete matching set of tires and they are inflated properly to your vehicle specs and have been properly rotated every 10k miles then I believe you have a problem with your suspension. I would also check the condition of your brakes and another bit of info for you dependant of what tires you use some can have a very thin sidewall which can give you poor steering and handling around curves over 45mph you can check tire reviews online

Why dont you try putting the rear tires on the fronts? if the car pulls to one side that means one of the calipers is either binding or one caliper is not orking correctly

I have an "04" Chevy Cavalier recently started violently shaking if I drive over 40mph and I can't hardly keep it in my own lane there's also a kinda bird chirping noise any ideas what this might be?

I suggest a full front suspension and steering ball joint check including wheel bearings and cv joints
if all ok then have a wheel alignment as it sounds like a castor wobble problem

Hi my steering feels really light like my steering wheel isn't turning the tyres . There's a rattling from under car too. Any ideas

Is the steering moving the wheels? The rattling could be the power steering pump is low on fluid. Check the reservoir and the belt tension.
While you're at it check the tyre pressures, they should be on a sticker on the door edge or frame. Not the figures on the tyre itself.
Some cars just have a "dead" feeling.

My 2006 murano has a vibration at 30-40 mph and I can feel it in the throttle pedal

a vibration felt through the throttle pedal would suggest to me a suspension issue , these type of symptoms are sometime hard to trace but your doing the right things ,make sure the new tyres are balanced correctly and i'd have the steering tracking checked at the same time, it could be drive train related but i'd get the suspension mountings/bush's , top/bottom ball joints , even engine mountings checked as your feeling it through the pedal , how is the steering, is it affected by this vibration? keep me posted if you wish

My Steering wheel shakes while driving at low speeds. Pads and rotors are good, tire presure is good This is a recent problem i noticed after the last snow and ice storm we had. The tires are due to be...

Have the tyres inspected for side bulges and tread separation . Worn tyres loose the ability to remain in balance due to the loss of rubber and the steel belt is impacted by road objects and tend to break easily.

Tracking off when i drive

Hydroplaning is caused by the tyres not having the ability to get rid of water between the tyre and road, low tread depth, excessive speed in wet conditions, this will make the steering feel very vague. If your unsure of the steering, you need to take it for an alignment check. Get some decent tyres on the steering wheels at least.

Good day.. my steering wheel is experiencing drugging when using brake at speed of 85kph and above. i even change my tire rod and ball joint and even the velocity joint.still the result is the same..

Dear Sir,
As you said you have problem with steering wheel drugging while brake, i think it may happen at time when your car abut to stop or got slow may speed between 30 to 20 km/h, if this is case then first replace fr tyre with rear both and then Tyre if problem solve then it is a problem with tyre, it got uneven wear due to imbalance actually tyre shakes and that feeling we feel in steering wheel. and if problem not solve then replace fr both low arm bush and joints. there is only to cause that can make steeing vibrate. i hop after trying this you have soled your problem if any issue please let me know. Thanks.

first thing is have the alignment checked also low profile tires look nice but you looose the comfort in the ride, you will feel everything in the road, the smaller the profile the worse the ride, to get some comfort you need good tires but will never get the smoth ride with low profile.the reving you would need to start by having the computer system scanned to find out why it revs, may be the throtlebody or the gas pedal sensor. hope this helps.
