Presumably you had to disconnect the battery, so you have to reset the security system which also includes the anti-theft engine immobilizer. Solid red light means NATS/IVIS is triggered, the ECM will still CRANK the engine but it will not open the fuel injectors or deliver spark. You may need a mobile auto locksmith to program it.

Is your NATS/IVIS indicator LED solid red when cranking the engine? If so then yeah you probably just need to get it reprogrammed, or the RFID chip in the key failed. You can follow the troubleshooting steps in the FSM, section BL - Body/Locks/Security

There are dozens of reasons why a "Check Engine" light could come on. Until you get the codes read, you can't begin to have a reason why. Go to your local auto parts place, most will read the codes for free.
Infinitis do have a trick, though. If the last time you filled the tank, the gas cap didn't get fully tightened, a day or so later, the Check Engine light comes on. Confirm the cap is tight, and if it wasn't, the light will go off tomorrow.
usually an O2 code is 3 digits and not this type of code. if it has an mass air flow sensor(MAF) it could be it. I would start with checking the MAF readings then the O2 readings. OBD 2 codes are emission regulated so no matter what car it is the codes represent the same problem.
