It appears to have eluded you that the name of the state if not the country would be helpful. Ashwood exists in several states in the USA as well as in Victoria in Australia, among other places. You might wish to repost as the above information is unlikely to generate a response.

How can I learn how to rewire a car

If it is 60s, 70s or 80s, fairly easy, but if the vehicle has an Engine Control Module and Body Control Module, it gets into computer networks and operating systems.

Need spark plugs gap setting and timing setting for 1976 GMC C2500 sierra pickup truck

If you can't find any other guidance (placard under the hood, etc), go with .035 inches on the plug gap, and 8 degrees BTDC on timing, with the vacuum advance disconnected. If the engine pings at that setting, retard it to 4 - 6 degrees BTDC. These were pretty much standard settings for GM vehicles of the 60s and 70s.

I want to know how much millimeter of valve clearance shoud we put on an engine of 1200, 1300, 1400,1500,1600,1700,1800,2000,etc cc

general rule of thumb on most modern engines except high compression GT engines from the 60s is 12th inlet and 15 exhaust ,nearly all modern engines from the late 70s onwards use this average setting so you cannot go wrong on manual adjustment tappets

How often does the transmission need to be flushed.

Rarely. Dealerships want you to do it often.

In the 60s and 70s the service cycle was every 60 to 70 thousand miles. This is what I do and it works out fine.

By far the most important thing you can do to save your transmission is to place a small magnet on the bottom of the transmission pan near the fluid plug. This traps small metal flakes and chips. You can also buy plugs which have magnetic collectors in them.
